Terms & Conditions — Car & Bike Expo 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or attending the Car & Bike Expo 2025 (“Event”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from participating in the Event.

2. Registration & Tickets

  1. All attendees must register a ticket through the official website or authorized partners.
  2. Passes are valid only for the dates specified.
  3. Each ticket admits one person only; re-entry rules may apply based on event policy.

3. Entry Requirements

  1. Attendees must carry a valid pass (digital or printed) and a government-issued ID.
  2. Security checks may be performed at entry points.
  3. Organizers reserve the right to deny entry to anyone for safety or compliance reasons.

4. Event Schedule & Changes

  1. The organizer may modify the event schedule, venue layout, exhibitor list, or activities without prior notice.
  2. In case of severe weather, technical issues, or unavoidable circumstances, timings may be rescheduled.

5. Conduct at the Event

  1. Attendees must behave responsibly and follow all instructions of event staff.
  2. Harassment, abusive behavior, or disruption may lead to immediate removal without refund.
  3. Damage caused intentionally or due to negligence will be charged to the responsible person.
  4. No illegal activities or unauthorized sales/marketing are allowed.

6. Safety & Liability

  1. Participation in test rides, demos, or interactive zones is entirely at the attendee’s own risk.
  2. By attending, you acknowledge that motorsport and automobile exhibitions may involve loud sounds, moving vehicles, and mechanical demonstrations.
  3. The organizer (Lidavi) is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages unless caused by proven negligence.
  4. Exhibitors are solely responsible for the safety of their displays and demonstrations.

7. Personal Belongings

  1. Attendees are responsible for their personal items.
  2. Organizers are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to belongings within the venue.

8. Photography & Media Use

  1. The event may be photographed and recorded for promotional purposes.
  2. By attending, you grant permission for your image, voice, or likeness to be used in marketing materials without compensation.
  3. Flash photography or videography may be restricted in certain zones.

9. Exhibitors & Vendors

  1. Exhibitors must comply with all technical, electrical, and safety regulations.
  2. Unauthorized subletting of booths is prohibited.
  3. Exhibitors are responsible for securing their assets and deliveries.

10. Prohibited Items

To ensure safety, the following are not allowed:

  • Firearms or weapons
  • Alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances
  • Hazardous materials
  • Drones (unless authorized)
  • Pets (except service animals)

11. Cancellation Policy

  1. If the event is postponed, Passes will be valid for the rescheduled dates.
  2. No -shows, travel issues, or attendee-initiated pass.

12. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, event materials, and content related to Car & Bike Expo 2025 (Lidavi Event) are protected by copyright and cannot be used without written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of our Tamilnadu/India.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
